About this Position What you´ll do Provide hands-on support and administration for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and support the full lifecycle management of end-user devices Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset allocation, recovery, and inventory management Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests, collaborating with internal IT teams and external service providers as needed Deliver technical support for events, visits, projects, and technology deployments Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security, asset management, and company policies
