Ensure all tester operating minimize test equipment down time. Responsible for the periodic DV of tester. Improve test setup ergonomic and test operating efficiency thru elimination, simplification, integration and automation approaches. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Elimination, minimizing over rejection on tester, improve performance of tester, etc. Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. SPC monitoring of tester performance
