Tech II/ Senior Technician/ AE I (Conversion)

Job Short Description: Ensure all tester operating minimize test equipment down time. Responsible for the periodic DV of tester. Improve test setup ergonomic and test operating efficiency thru elimination, simplification, integration and automation approaches. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Elimination, minimizing over rejection on tester, improve performance of tester, etc. Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. SPC monitoring of tester performance. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
