Indirect Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing activities for our Ipoh operations. This role is responsible for supplier management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supply risk mitigation, and leading a team of buyers to ensure uninterrupted supply and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams.
