JOB SCOPE To support the effective operation of the Human Resources Department by implementing company policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing administrative and operational support to employees and management. The HR Officer contributes to fostering positive employee relations, enhancing the colleague experience, and maintaining a professional and inclusive workplace culture while upholding the IHG core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team, and Service.
