About The Role

  • 1.落实信息化项目全流程管理，做好项目分级、变更、台账、验收、归档等全周期跟踪管控。
  • 2.负责技术供应商准入、分级、履约监督、考核评价、退出及名录、黑名单管理工作。
  • 3.编制、修订项目与供应商管理类制度、流程及模板，组织规范宣贯与培训。
  • 4.开展全流程合规与风险排查，落实数据安全、保密、知识产权、AI 合规等要求，配合审计监督。
  • 5.汇总项目、供应商运行数据，建设维护知识库、案例库，完成经验萃取与资产沉淀。
  • 6.提供跨部门协同、业务咨询、流程指导等服务，严守工作权责边界，完成上级交办的其他工作。
  • 1.政治立场坚定、政治素质良好，品行端正，作风严谨，保密意识强，无不良从业记录。
  • 2.身心健康，责任心强，工作细致踏实，具备良好的服务意识和沟通协调及团队协作能力。
  • 3.硕士研究生及以上学历，本科优秀者也可以考虑，项目管理、工商管理、信息管理、计算机、公共管理等相关专业优先考虑。
  • 4.具备 2 年及以上项目管理、供应商管理、流程标准化、合规管控等相关工作经验，有国企、事业单位从业经历者优先考虑。
