About The Role

  • 1.负责项目开发和管理工作，统筹协调团队资源，快速理解业务需求，高效推进 Web 端与 App 端的功能迭代优化，确保按时按量交付。
  • 2.能够完成部门领导交办的其他工作，推动爱课程网和智慧高教平台内外部项目沟通合作。
  • 1.所学专业：计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化或人工智能等相关专业。
  • 2.教育程度：硕士以上（含）学历。
  • 3.基本素质：政治立场坚定、具有良好的政治素养和敬业精神，身心健康、积极进取、认真细致，责任心强，具有较好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
  • 4.技能要求：有较强的学习能力和钻研精神，能够快速接受新事物；熟悉Java或者Python技术栈中的至少一种，熟悉当前主流技术框架，可对技术方案进行评估，有较丰富的外包团队管理经验，与内部业务人员和外部开发人员进行良好的沟通，确保项目有序推进。
