About The Role

  • 1.完成在线课程的建设与应用推广工作，能够认真负责地处理此过程中的所有相关业务。
  • 2.为合作院校提供产品技术支持与使用指导。
  • 3.为合作院校提供产品使用培训，持续优化培训内容与形式。
  • 4.完成部门交办的其他工作，包括（但不限于）产品的研发、宣传和营销等。
  • 1.所学专业：计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、现代教育技术、教育学、管理学等相关专业。
  • 2.教育程度及相关工作经验：硕士以上（含）学历，熟悉学科发展现状，对在线教育教学有一定的研究，能够胜任在线课程资源研发与建设等相关工作，熟悉高校教学管理与教学平台运营。
  • 3.基本素质：政治立场坚定、具有良好的政治素养和敬业精神；具有较为扎实的文字功底和学科知识；热爱教学工作；关注教育发展。
  • 4.工作态度与能力：身心健康、积极进取、严谨细致，责任心强，抗压性强，具有较好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；掌握基础 SQL 语句，可独立完成数据提取、清洗及统计工作；可高效完成产品运维、服务支撑及日常综合工作。
