About The Role
- 1.聚焦所负责业务单元组织，人才，激励等核心业务；
- 2.自上而下践行公司人力资源政策和企业文化；
- 3.自下而上卷积业务部门HR诉求并提供专业解决方案；
- 4.所在业务单元HR日常运营类支撑工作。
- 1.人力资源类相关专业背景优先，大管理类专业其次，本科8年及以上或硕士5年及以上HRBP工作经验；
- 2.对人力资源各模块工作具有一定的了解及实践经验，包括：人才招聘、组织诊断、绩效考核、干部管理、员工关系等；
- 3.拥有正向的价值观、良好的人际敏感度和沟通协调能力，在工作中秉持责任心、同理心，合法合规地开展工作；
- 4.具备主观能动性，能够积极主动地发现问题并提供有效的解决方案，吃苦耐劳；
- 5.具备良好的理解能力、逻辑思维能力及学习能力，在业务理解、知识结构、工作流程与方法等方面持续优化与提升；
- 6.有半导体行业经验优先。
