Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for building a market from scratch in the DACH region, managing the full new business sales cycle, and driving pipeline growth. This is a remote-first position with flexible working hours and a commitment to personal development and career growth.

• Own the full new business sales cycle across DACH from prospecting to close, including qualification, discovery calls, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise B2C brand partners across fashion, retail, tech, food & drink, travel, and entertainment, localising Pion's GTM pitch and materials for the German-speaking market.
• Drive pipeline growth and quality through outbound prospecting using Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene across activity logging, forecasting, and pipeline management.
