Head of Growth Marketing

Join Electra, a leading fast-charging operator in Europe, as the Head of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will define and drive the growth strategy, manage the growth budget, and oversee customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will also lead the international rollout of the France growth playbook and champion the use of AI/automation in marketing. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, a track record of managing acquisition and retention functions, and is fluent in French and English.

• Définir et piloter la stratégie de croissance (acquisition, activation, rétention) alignée sur les objectifs de revenus et de rentabilité d'Electra.
• Gérer directement les pôles Acquisition et Rétention, en fixant leurs objectifs, priorités et ressources.
• Assurer la visibilité en ligne et la notoriété de la marque, et stimuler la conversion pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus.
