Senior Platform Engineer (AWS)

• Design, build, and operate the cloud-native platform that supports the engineering organization, creating reusable platform services and infrastructure standards.
• Reduce friction across the software development lifecycle by building and improving CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, automation, and developer workflows.
• Improve the reliability and performance of systems by defining and maintaining SLAs, SLOs, and observability standards, and supporting incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Experience building and operating production systems in AWS
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code and automation background
• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, Developer Experience, or a similar field
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Collaborative Partner: You enjoy working across teams, building alignment, and enabling others to succeed
• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Cloud & Platform Technologies: You are experienced with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and modern cloud-native infrastructure patterns
