Digital Marketing Manager h/f

• Establish strong digital foundations, including website redesign, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
• Drive growth and performance by turning digital into a measurable contributor to the B2B sales pipeline.
• Manage agencies and partners, optimize the digital budget allocation, and track key KPIs.

Your profile

• 8–10 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B/B2B2C
• Strong expertise in SEO and content (critical for this role)
• Proven experience in website redesign or digital structuring projects
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations (GA4, dashboards, performance tracking)
• Experience managing agencies and multi-channel strategies
• First experience in team management
• Fluent English (international environment)
