IT Logistics Specialist

• Monitor and support the Manhattan Active WMS, troubleshooting system configuration issues related to inbound/outbound process flows.
• Oversee system configurations, develop new process flows and rules, and provide hardware support for various devices.
• Collaborate with the business team to update new store setup and other data updates, and conduct weekly meetings to discuss open issues and resolutions.
