General Manager - Core M and A GSM Platforms.Mergers Acquisitions and Business Development

The GM: Core M&A GSM Platforms will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing strategic transactions that will maintain the long-term growth strategy of core M&A in GSM portfolio as well as managing a robust pipeline of transactions opportunities. This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing the M&A lifecycle (identification, due diligence, negotiation, closure and post deal integration) for their portfolio.
