A successful NetSuite Account Manager works on a night shift, hybrid setup at our AYALA North Exchange Tower 2, Makati Office and primarily grows relationships with existing NetSuite SMB customers; account maintenance. - Collaborate with Solution Consultants for quarterly and annual business reviews. - Upsell NetSuite modules and services and liaise between customers and internal departments. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through campaigns and customer engagement. -Develop and execute upsell strategies; conducts online meetings and presentations with C-level stakeholders.
