Customer Support Representative

Join our expanding team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and will report to the Customer Support Team Lead. This position offers unlimited PTO, downtown parking, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Provide front-line support by responding to internal and external questions within agreed SLAs, and resolve time-sensitive inquiries related to home closings.
• Take ownership of customer issues and communicate updates and resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve escalated issues, and deliver customer feedback and requests to product.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries effectively
• A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer or technical support
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Comfortable with learning new technologies, like basic html
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ticketing in Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM
