IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Desk and providing support to our global team. • Assister avec les opérations quotidiennes du Service Desk, y compris la résolution des demandes de support, l'imagerie des postes de travail et la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 workstation operating systems
• A working understanding of computer networking
• Background in supporting a mixed environment of Windows and Mac end user devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of Mac OS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
