The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of the French Ceva Animal Health group, with over 100 years of history in veterinary medicine. WHAT YOU’LL DO Reporting to the HR Director, you will support a diverse portfolio across our growing business in Hungary, ensuring the timely delivery of the annual HR lifecycle and the effective execution of HR projects and processes in alignment with global and campus-level organizational strategies. Organizational Design and Effectiveness Support managers in enhancing organizational effectiveness Ensure the right people, with the right skills, are in the right roles across the organization Partnering with leaders Managers Translate global strategy / Business strategy to the local reality Enable, challenge support managers in addressing their HR challenges to lead their teams Use facts, data, KPIs in decision making Employee management Serve as a key point of contact for human resources-related topics, alongside managers Manage employee relations and individual situations Develop a strong understanding of the works council environment Drive performance management and talent development Change management Lead HR projects Drive change
