Retail & Back office manager (Germany & Austria) - F/M

Join our team as a Retail & Back Office Manager for Germany and Austria. Based in our Munich office, you will be the key operational pillar for our German market, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining a strong link with our Paris Headquarters. Your responsibilities will include supply chain supervision, IT support and training, process design and optimization, and managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels. You will also handle accounting and HR tasks, including invoice collection and transmission, payroll management, and legal follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong connection to or experience living or working in Germany, be proactive and solution-driven, and have previous relevant work experience in the retail industry. Fluency in German and English is required, and French is a plus.

• Supervision of supply chain operations, including deliveries and stock management, and ensuring compliance with HQ policies.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the Retail teams on organizational subjects, managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels.
• Collecting and transmitting invoices and other administrative documents between the Accounting team in Paris and the Accounting/tax firm in Munich.

### **Profil:**

• Graduated from a business school or university in Sales or any other relevant field
• You have a strong connection to or experience living or working in Germany
• Strong ability to build and structure an organisation
• You are proactive, very autonomous and solution-driven
• You feel comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
• You are willing to take responsibilities and be accountable for your field of expertise

### **Requirements:**

• Fluent in German & in English, French is an appreciated plus
• Excellent mastery of Excel and comfortable with management software (previous experience on SAP By Design and Salesforce is a plus)
• Previous relevant work experience in Retail industry as Store manager
