• Provide legal support for the German market, advising internal teams on legal issues related to Cafeyn’s activities in Germany.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with publishers and distribution partners, ensuring contractual consistency with the Group’s legal framework.
• Understand the legal and contractual frameworks inherited from Readly, supporting the alignment of German legal processes with the Group’s legal framework.
