Sanitary Product Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process components and finished sanitary products (such as tissues, diapers, and hygiene items) to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Perform physical, chemical and microbiological testing on product samples following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor manufacturing line operations continuously to identify, document and report any product defects or process deviations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all quality inspections, test results and non-conformance reports. Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to guarantee measurement accuracy and operational safety. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Biology or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the personal care or sanitary products industry. Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001 standards and relevant industry regulations. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, laboratory testing equipment and standard office software. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
