收发货主管(Offloading & Issuing Supervisor)

Supervise the loading and offloading of goods, materials, and products to ensure safe and efficient handling. Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Oversee the accurate issuing of goods and materials to authorized departments, production teams, and customers. Ensure all goods issued or received are properly documented in the inventory management system. Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements. Assign duties and supervise offloading and issuing staff to ensure productivity and accountability. Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued according to company procedures and safety standards. Verify quantities, product descriptions, and conditions of goods received and dispatched. Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and unauthorized stock movements. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure proper arrangement, identification, and storage of goods in designated warehouse locations. Conduct regular stock checks and participate in periodic inventory counts. Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, returned, and transferred. Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper use of material-handling equipment. Prepare daily and periodic reports on offloading activities, stock issuance, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards. Recommend improvements to offloading and issuing processes to reduce errors, delays, and product damage.
