About The Role
Location: Douala, Cameroon.About the role:The Tele-Collections Agent Reliever will work for a period of 6 (six) months in the Corporate Risk department of Sun King, Cameroon and will work closely with the Contact Center, Operations and Sales team by following on customers to make repayment for our Pay-As-You-Go products.We are looking for an experienced Tele-Collections Agent- Reliever who would leverage on their expertise to grow our repayment and collections rate.
