TEAM HEAD FOR PERSONALIZATION AND PORTFOLIO GROWTH

The Team Head – Personalization and Portfolio Growth is responsible for driving the growth of BPI Cards’ business by developing and implementing merchant usage tie-ups, loyalty initiatives, and strategic programs. The role ensures that BPI Credit and Debit Cards become the preferred payment option among existing and potential cardholders, while optimizing revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and building long-term loyalty. Responsibilities Engages specific behavior segments of BPI Credit Card through negotiation of incentives, offers, and programs that optimize revenue and increase customer engagement Works closely with Business Analytics to translate research, data insights, and market analysis into effective strategies that expand product penetration and profitability Manages resources, budget, and personnel by prioritizing initiatives and programs to deliver maximum results Develops program profitability models to ensure financial trust and sustainability Stays within budget while achieving business goals Collaborates with Technology Strategies Section and ISG to plan, develop, and implement programs Directly manages officers to ensure execution of agreed initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Master’s Degree preferred With at least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, Campaign Management, or Program/Product Management Knowledge of credit card business drivers, budget management, and campaign operations Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and card management systems Strong leadership and people management skills, strategic and analytical thinking, numeracy, communication and negotiation skills, creativity, initiative, and follow-through Attributes include self-awareness, adaptability in ambiguity, and ability to drive strategy while delivering business results
