SECURITIES SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities: Assisting walk in/by appointment clients in reviewing the validity of their stocks. Answering telephone/email queries on stock certificates, lodgment, and upliftment transactions. Processing of Upliftment Transactions (conversion of scripless shares to stock certificated shares) in BOSS system and ECS system in a specific turnaround time. Processing of Lodgment (conversion of stock certificates to scripless shares) Transactions in BOSS system and ECS system in a specific turnaround time. Serves as direct back-up to other co-employees within Securities Settlement Unit. Processing of Certification of Holdings and Bank Beneficial Ownership. Responsible in processing, safekeeping, and withdrawal of physical stock certificates in vault. Processing transfer of shares to heirs and consolidation of shares. Other duties that will be assign from time to time. Qualifications: Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
