Account Manager (Haifa, Israel)

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to top clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Account Manager to join one of our client’s team.

As part of the role: Strategic and full management: accompanying the client from the moment of onboarding, through strategy building to ongoing management. Synchronization and Initiation of Projects: Managing work processes and linking the client with all the company's departments (PPC, SEO, social, development). Maintaining and deepening operations: Responsible for customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, offering complementary services (upsale) and handling crises. Analysis and control: Monitoring the performance of campaigns, generating monthly reports, and presenting them to customers transparently. Full-time from the company's offices in Haifa, Sunday-Thursday 09:00-17:30. THOSE WHO ARE SUITABLE WILL ENJOY ENTRY TO THE LEADING COMPANY IN ITS FIELD, COMPANY VACATIONS, HAPPY HOURS AND MORE. Requirements: Certificate or proven professional experience in digital marketing - mandatory. Previous experience in account management / customer service (B2B/B2C) - required. Previous experience from working in an advertising agency / digital agency - a significant advantage. Analytical understanding: Ability to read and analyze data and reports (familiarity with advertising platforms and Google Analytics). Multitasking: The ability to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously, organize, organize, and meet schedules (SLA). Excellent ability to express yourself: Ability to articulate fluently in writing and orally, ability to deliver presentations and manage meetings.
