Overview
The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal. Their chances of getting admitted to a college or building a career are much lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born to declare war on this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.
We do this in Pune and Navi Mumbai by co-creating contextual school models with Municipal Corporations.
We run 12 free and high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career program for the most disadvantaged students. In 2024, with a staff of 300 members across 12 schools, we will serve 4500 students and 3000 alumni - giving students a fighting chance at college, career, and citizenship. We aim to grow to 30 schools and 10,000 students over the next five years.

Key Responsibilities:

The recruitment intern will assist the recruitment team. The responsibilities would involve the following, but are not limited to:
Driving recruitment activities. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates from different online portals.
Conduct CV screenings, phone/Video screenings and Walk-ins to assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational values.
Scheduling interviews and updating the candidates on the interview process.
Managing the applicant database on Applicant Tracking Software
Working on designing and executing various recruitment pilots.

Requirements:

English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)
MS Excel and MS-Office
Any graduate/ second year graduation(Pursuing)/third year graduation(Pursuing)

Benefits:

Stipend of 11,000 Per month (30 hours/week)
