About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Specialist
to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Xero, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
daily revenue and bank reconciliations
to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the
preparation of management accounts
, including financial statements and reports.
Support
payment processing activities
, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Handle
ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course.
At least 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
Solid understanding of
accounting principles and processes
.
Proficiency in
Xero Accounting Software
is a must.
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
Ability to
work independently
, manage time effectively, and
meet deadlines
.
A high degree of
accountability
, reliability, and initiative in completing tasks.
