Job Description Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Area In charge Role) Position Details Department: Production Location: Nandesari Shift: General shift Reporting To: Production Manager Purpose of the Role Area in-charge of production is responsible for MAHCL liquid production within budgeted norms with adherence of safety practices. This role is technical and operational in nature and it serves in capacity of team leader. Key Responsibilities The role incumbent is responsible fo r IMS Documentation Plant & process Safety compliance. Achieve production targets as per production plan and with high quality. Demonstrate experience in trouble shooting and in case of deviation, participate in RCA process till implementation. Ensure consistent quality of product. Ensure disposal of process waste as per SOP. Ensure execution of all Operation of MPP-1 plant as per SOP. Ensure Housekeeping of respective area. Training & Manpower Handling. ERP Operation Viz. PM schedule execution, MOC and MIS report Preparation. Inter Plant/ Department co-ordination. Maintain & Updation of SOP’s with Record. Prepare & handle IMS, TFS audit. Prepare & maintain ISO documentation as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Maintaining and updation of all MPP-1 plant OHSAS documents like HIRA and other require documents as per system as well safety updation. Prepare Aspect & Impact in plant process & make proper documentation. Education & Qualification BE / B. Tech- Chemical Experience 08 To 12 years of experience preferably in chemical industries.
