Department Head - Reports & Reconciliation

Reports and Reconciliation Department Head Centralized Operations Group | Treasury Operations Division Lead a critical function within Treasury Operations and help ensure the Bank's compliance, operational efficiency, and financial integrity. The Reports and Reconciliation Department Head oversees the accurate and timely reconciliation of treasury transactions, submission of regulatory reports, and implementation of control measures that support the Bank's strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the department's reconciliation and reportorial functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely submission of BSP, SEC, AMLA, and other regulatory reports to avoid penalties and maintain compliance standards. Manage treasury-related reconciliations, report generation, and resolution of exceptions or discrepancies. Oversee KYC document safekeeping and control processes involving clients and counterparties. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage user access administration and support operational requirements across Treasury Operations. Lead, coach, and develop department personnel to achieve performance goals and strengthen operational expertise. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, regulators, counterparties, and auditors on reportorial, reconciliation, and compliance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 10 years of banking experience, preferably with exposure to Treasury Operations, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting functions. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of treasury operations, reconciliation processes, reportorial requirements, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience working with regulators, counterparties, and internal business units.
