About the Role Blibli OMG is part of Blibli’s expanding retail ecosystem, focused on delivering seamless in-store experiences and keeping our operations running smoothly. As our retail network continues to grow, reliable IT support plays a crucial role in ensuring stores and teams can operate efficiently. As a Junior Technical Support , you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations across our retail stores and internal teams. You will ensure that hardware, software, and network systems are properly set up, maintained, and functioning — helping teams work without interruption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-paced retail environment. Your contribution will directly support Blibli OMG’s operational excellence and growth, enabling smooth store operations and efficient internal systems. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and fix issues with computers, printers, and software Help users connect to the network (Wi-Fi or wired) and solve small network-related problems Handle basic networking (TCP/IP, subnetting) and assist with installing CCTV & NVR systems Set up laptops, desktops, printers, and other hardware for new users Install and configure company-approved software Keep IT equipment inventory and location records up to date Perform regularly scheduled IT maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
