Customer Marketing Manager

Join Emplifi as a Customer Marketing Manager, where you will drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across our customer base. You will focus on turning satisfied customers into long-term partners and active advocates, while creating meaningful customer experiences that strengthen relationships and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and manage end-to-end program execution.

• Drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across Emplifi’s customer base by owning programs that increase customer engagement and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to develop and execute programs that ensure customers are realizing value from the platform.
• Scale Emplifi’s customer advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, and reference management, to turn satisfied customers into active advocates.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple programs and stakeholders across regions
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion
• Experience managing events, campaigns, and customer programs
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate impact
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
• High-energy, proactive, and execution-oriented
• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related marketing roles in B2B SaaS
• An AI-first mindset, with the ability to continuously leverage AI tools to simplify processes, streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive measurable business impact
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and customer marketing platforms
