Analytics Engineer

Join KOHO, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Analytics Engineer. In this role, you will build and scale reporting pipelines and data models that drive decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams, own the technical backbone of data infrastructure, and create reliable reporting infrastructure. • Construire et mettre à l'échelle des pipelines de données et des modèles de données pour soutenir la prise de décision au sein de l'entreprise.
• Collaborer avec des parties prenantes de différents départements pour définir les exigences en matière de données et les traduire en solutions techniques.
• Maintenir la santé des pipelines, optimiser les performances des requêtes et mettre en œuvre une surveillance de la qualité des données.
• Modern data stack: DBT Core and/or DBT Cloud, Git. A plus if experience with Redshift
• AI-curious: Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools for development workflows. Foundations in AI-assisted development are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar data roles
• Takes initiative: You identify opportunities for improvement and act without waiting to be asked
• Clear communicator: You adapt communication to different audiences and connect technical work to business outcomes
• DBT expertise: Comfortable with complex DBT projects and various materializations (incremental, table, view, etc.), snapshots, variables, macros, and Jinja
• SQL skills: Query optimization and performance tuning
• Collaborative: You work well alongside analysts, PMs, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with highly-regulated domains
• Experience in fintech or banking environments
