About The Role
Join NTT DATA, a leading business and technology services provider. As an IT Field Support Engineer (L1), you will provide on-site support for enterprise IT environments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is based primarily in Pardubice and requires 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or IT operations.
- Poskytovat on-site podporu pro desktopy, notebooky, tiskárny a související periferie.
- Diagnostikovat a řešit hardwarové a softwarové incidenty nezávisle.
- Provádět výměnu dílů, opravy zařízení, upgrady a nasazení.
