The Manager, Business Insights – Market and Competitive Intelligence leads the Market and Competitive Intelligence service line within Global Business Insights. The role manages a team of experienced insights professionals who gather, analyze and deliver data, analytics and intelligence that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This position develops and manages the functional area's operating plan, aligned to the Global Business Insights roadmap, and is accountable for ensuring the insights produced are trusted, timely, adopted and acted upon by the business.
