Senior Customer Success Engineer (EMEA)

Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Engineer (EMEA) and be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our most important customers. In this role, you will be a product expert, solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will manage and resolve support requests, lead complex implementations, and guide customers in deploying and optimizing integrations. Additionally, you will represent the customer perspective, mentor other Customer Success Engineers, and serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges.

• Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver white-glove service to important customers, serving as a product expert and trusted advisor.
• Own the technical success of a portfolio of strategic customers, managing and resolving support requests from simple to highly complex.
• Proactively identify risks to customer health and drive mitigation plans, leading complex implementations from technical discovery through production rollout.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally within a cybersecurity SaaS environment
• Advanced proficiency in Python and comfort working with REST APIs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong understanding of security tooling, cloud providers, and common network protocols, including SSL/TLS
• Proven experience owning complex customer relationships and driving technical outcomes
• A self-starter mindset with a resourceful, “figure-it-out” attitude and a strong customer focus
