Sales Manager (DACH, B2B SaaS, claim.me)

You will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, and work directly with the Head of , Head of Product, and CEO. • Own the full DACH sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing for the SaaS solution, .
• Prospect and open new logos across the DACH region, identifying the right retailers and running the process to close.
• Teach buyers to see the problem, showing them the data and positioning as the fix.
• You’ve closed B2B SaaS or tech deals end-to-end, or have a strong motivation to get there
• You understand the pain points of online retailers, or you’re a fast learner who can quickly master the logistics space
• Business-fluent German (C2) is required — you’ll be building commercial relationships across DACH. Strong English is essential for our international team
• You’re comfortable pitching to C-Level, Heads of Logistics, and Customer Support, and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes
• You ideally worked previously in a fast-paced or early-stage environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive: you don’t wait for a manual, you build it
