Data Analyst

• Lead the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for your domain, partnering with engineers to define data requirements and architect core warehousing layers.
• Transform complex datasets into high-impact Looker dashboards, and tackle challenges ranging from Supply Acquisition to A/B Testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to determine and measure the right metrics in their respective domains.
• Experience building reports on BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Technical or mathematical education at a Bachelor's or Master's level
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles
• Experience with DBT
• Capacity to thrive in a startup/scale-up environment, adapt quickly, work independently, and take ownership of your work
• Strong SQL skills; Experience working with a modern Data Warehouse like Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Nice to have: prior experience in e-commerce with a background in hypothesis-driven A/B Testing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to clearly explain concepts and actionable insights
