About The Role
Join DataDome, a leading AI-driven cybersecurity company, as a Senior Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be the primary business owner of the customer relationship post-sale, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and drive product adoption and value realization. You will also monitor customer health, lead escalation management, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as the primary business owner of the customer relationship post-sale, building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Own the post-sale success of DataDome’s largest enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and realize full value from the platform.
- Drive product adoption and value realization by maintaining deep product knowledge and guiding customers on best practices, features, and new capabilities.
