Lead project manager/ Senior consultant

As a Senior Implementation Consultant/Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-site deployments, configure the platform, and apply your industrial expertise to tailor deployments to each manufacturing setting. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer role.

• Lead complex, multi-site deployments of the Mercateam platform, analyzing client processes and ensuring successful go-live.
• Configure the platform and integrate client data, helping to build automations, API-based integrations, and AI solutions.
• Apply extensive industrial knowledge to tailor deployments to each manufacturing setting, promoting industry best practices.

**What you have**

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS deployment, implementation, or technical consulting - in an industrial context is a plus.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management; structured, autonomous, strong ownership.
• Engineering degree or technical background.
• Comfort with data and a genuine appetite for automation and AI.
• Good knowledge of the industrial / manufacturing sector.
• Fluent French and English.
