IT Administrator

Join Cosuno as our first dedicated IT Administrator. You'll be responsible for all things IT for our 100-person team, from setting up laptops to managing accounts and access in our SaaS tooling stack. You'll have ownership of IT support, structure over firefighting, and work closely with our Security & Compliance function. This role is based in Berlin with flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.

• Set up, maintain, repair, and replace laptops (Mac and Windows) for the whole company, and manage our device fleet through JumpCloud (MDM).
• Run the IT side of joiner/mover/leaver processes: accounts, hardware, access rights, all ready on day one and cleanly removed on the last day.
• Be the first point of contact for IT questions and problems, in the office and remotely, and troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues.
• A service mindset. You're friendly, responsive, and patient, and you take pride in colleagues being unblocked quickly
• A structured way of working. You keep track of open tickets, document what you do, and follow through
• Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python, or low-code tools), or the motivation to build this skill, ideally with AI assistance
• Fluent German and English. You'll support colleagues in both languages every day
• Hands-on experience in IT support or IT administration, ideally in a company running on Macs and SaaS tools
• Experience with an MDM and/or identity provider (JumpCloud, Jamf, Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, or similar), or the demonstrated ability to learn tools like these quickly
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or other security frameworks (access reviews, device compliance)
• Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, VPN, DNS)
• Experience with hardware lifecycle management and IT asset inventory
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack
