**Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Valley-Wide (1099 Contractor)**
**Location:** Valley-Wide (Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & surrounding areas)
**Setting:** Hybrid (Clinic-Based & Home Health)
**Type:** 1099 Independent Contractor

We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed **Speech-Language Pathologists** who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider.
**Competitive Contractor Compensation**
We value your expertise and offer a transparent, premium pay structure
- **Direct Therapy:** $75.00 / hour
- **Evaluations:** $120.00 / hour
- **SLPA Supervision:** $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided)

**Responsibilities**
- **Assess & Evaluate:** Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
- **Tailored Therapy:** Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).
- **Collaborate:** Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home.
- **Mentor:** Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.
**Qualifications**
- **Education:** Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- **Licensure:** Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- **Experience:** Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
- **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services.
- **Mindset:** A collaborative spirit and a passion for serving the developmental disability community.
