| Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. |

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | | | | --- | | - Access and understand daily and weekly schedules. | | - Find, read & follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad). | | - Correctly use required gages. | | - Identify potential problems. | | - Troubleshoot problems. | | - Assist in training employees within your department . | | - Certify employees to operations. | | - Perform departmental audits to ensure Work Instruction (WI) integrity and Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity. | | - Ensure assembler's are performing operations correctly. | | - Conduct group meetings. | | - Logically think through problems in order to make sound decisions. | | - Coordinates production to ensure adherence to the Master Schedule. | | - Ensures that all employees are working in a safe manner in all aspects of their job requirements. | | - Provides input to design engineers for ease of assembly for new and existing products. | - Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager. | |
