What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership.
• Provide a consultative sales approach to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Engage and follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, both on the lot and during test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing applications.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High-energy, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales.
• Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone).
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to overcome objections and build relationships.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!
