Job Purpose

• The Kitchen Chef at ROCK-N-SAKE will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items while maintaining a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a responsible chef, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
• Recreate menu items consistently and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Communicate clearly and follow directions accurately.
• Demonstrate basic knife skills for food preparation.
• Assist in prepping and stocking kitchen supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability, 28+ hours per week
• Hours of Operation: Tues- Sun Dinner & Th-Fri Lunch, Closed Mondays
• Basic knife skills, able to learn quickly and adapt
• 6 months previous experience as a chef in a full service restaurant
• Skill and Experience factored into initial hourly rate
