Pay Rate: **Starting at $13.73/Hour**

Work together with a team of caregivers, providing interactive experience to children in a safe environment. Make an impact on the community and the lives of our members.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

1. Be available during a portion of operating hours, 8AM-7:30PM.
2. Interact with children and monitor safety.
3. Perform daily childcare operations.
4. Be comfortable addressing parent, child, and staff issues.
5. Share responsibility for the safety and care of up to 35 children.
6. Assist in the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
7. Address members and their children with kindness and care.
8. As required by Michigan law, report any suspected incidence of child abuse or neglect.

## Qualifications
**QUALIFICATIONS:**

1. Experience with children ages birth to 8 is preferred.
2. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
3. Required CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**

• Must be able to physically participate in activities with children.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some light cleaning is required.
