✅ Female/Male
✅ Graduate of 4 year course preferably under Business
✅ At least 1-2years experience Field Sales
✅ With Experience in Supervisory experience and area management background
✅ With Experience in Key Account
✅ Strictly with Fast Moving Consumer Goods Background
✅ Good communication skills
✅ With Motorcycle is advantage but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to ensure the territory meets or exceeds company quotas.
🔹 Handle escalated customer complaints, build key account relationships, and coordinate with local distributors.
🔹 Prepare daily or weekly reports on sales performance, attendance, and market trends for the sales manager.
🔹 Conduct routine market visits to check product displays, monitor competitor pricing, and verify merchandising standards.
🔹 Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability.
