📍 LOCATION: Makati City
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- College graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be residing in Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Pasay
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assist with onboarding
- Maintain and organize employee 201 files
- Attend job fairs and recruitment activities
- Update manpower requests and the applicant tracking system
- Assist with other recruitment and HR administrative tasks as needed
