<p><span data-contrast="auto">The </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">SVP, Medical Director</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> is a dedicated, collaborative, innovative, and—above all—curious leader. The SVP operates independently while guiding VPs and their teams to shape medical strategy. They are skilled at identifying actionable insights and presenting compelling recommendations to clients. This role involves managing multiple clients, brands, and indications, while also fostering the professional growth of team members. The SVP will be expected to develop innovative strategies for brands. The SVP's performance will be measured based on their ability to manage various clients and brands, grow and mentor team members, and contribute as a thought leader in the organization, specifically in the application of insights and strategy to create impactful oncology content and engagement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":264}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$200,000 - $250,000 USD</p>
<p>BGBx is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. <strong>This position may be performed remotely within the United States.</strong> For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.</p>
